Forms and connected services may ask for your name, email, phone number, location, background, training interests, language experience, application responses, and billing or order details. We use information you choose to provide to respond to your request and administer the relevant service. Please do not send medical records, identification documents, full card details, or unnecessary sensitive information through general forms or ordinary email. This website is not an emergency service.

Our website and embedded forms, scheduling, chat, subscriptions, and checkout services may process IP addresses, browser or device details, pages visited, and cookie or similar identifiers. Information may be disclosed to people and providers helping fulfill your request, when authorized by you, or when needed to comply with law or protect rights and safety. Provider privacy terms may also apply. External websites, including Shaman Zanny and social platforms, have their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

Information is kept as needed for its purpose and relevant business, accounting, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations. Retention varies by record. No internet transmission or electronic system is guaranteed completely secure. Contact us about a particular record or removal request.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided, or ask how it is used. We may verify identity and retain records where required or permitted by law. Available rights depend on location and circumstances. Use the unsubscribe link in promotional emails. For texts, follow the message's opt-out instructions, including STOP where supported; message and data rates may apply. Essential enrollment or order communications may still be necessary. Marketing consent is separate from enrollment and payment.

Educational purpose and responsible use

Our content presents traditional Filipino Hilot education, cultural knowledge, and complementary practices. Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse forms, impersonate others, interfere with website functions, or access restricted materials without authorization.

Applications, tuition, and enrollment

An application does not guarantee admission, reserve a seat, or award certification. Confirm dates, location, prerequisites, tuition, inclusions, deposit, payment schedule, and cancellation or transfer rules in your enrollment agreement before payment. Refunds, transfers, missed attendance, and event changes are governed by the applicable written agreement and applicable law. Contact us if a page, invoice, and agreement appear inconsistent. Travel, lodging, meals, and other expenses are included only when expressly stated.

Certification and scope

Certification reflects completion of Bahay Hilom training requirements. It does not grant a medical, massage, or other professional license, guarantee employment or income, or authorize activity outside applicable law. Students and practitioners must check licensing, business, insurance, and scope requirements where they practice. Institutional or lineage recognition is not government professional licensure.

Teaching and materials

Level 1 and Level 2 students may not teach practices learned through our training. Teaching requires advanced study and explicit written authorization from Bahay Hilom. Enrollment or certification alone does not grant teaching permission. Manuals, worksheets, recordings, course content, and other proprietary materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, sold, uploaded, or used to create another training without written permission. This restriction covers our materials and authorized curriculum; it does not claim ownership of Filipino culture or independently held ancestral knowledge.

Participation and consent

Hands-on and cultural practices must be explained and conducted with informed consent, safety measures, and respect for boundaries. You may ask questions, decline a practice, or stop. Tell the instructor privately about relevant limitations before activities and seek advice from a licensed healthcare professional when needed.

Results and external services

Experiences vary. Testimonials describe individual experiences and do not guarantee health, career, financial, or other results. External websites and payment providers have their own terms. Bahay Hilom provides traditional Filipino Hilot education and complementary cultural practices. Dr. Zanny Morales and Dr. Darcie Pulawa-Morales are cultural holistic practitioners, not MDs or medical physicians. Participation is voluntary.

Our teachings and services support your healing journey and do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or care. Continue care with your primary care physician and licensed healthcare professionals. Do not delay care or change prescribed treatment because of our teachings or services. Traditional assessment and spiritual interpretations are cultural practices, not medical diagnoses.
