"This Hilot Binabaylan training was a profound ancestral healing experience that felt like a true spiritual homecoming."
Under the guidance of Darcie, Zanny, and Apu Adman, we didn’t just learn Hilot. We restored lineage, healed together, and became family through shared ritual, movement, song, and deep emotional release. Harvesting medicine in the mountains and creating our own ancestral oils was a sacred act of remembrance, grounding us in the wisdom of the land and the strength of our ancestors. Sharing this work with the Filipino community and the Philippine Consulate reminded us why cultural healing and preservation matter now more than ever. This training didn’t just change my understanding of healing, it changed my life.

"The retreat transformed me by helping me find the confidence and clarity to step fully into my role as a Binabaylan."
I was missing a deeper connection and understanding of my ancestral path. The retreat helped me bridge the gap by strengthening my relationship with indigenous healing traditions, my spiritual guides, and my purpose of serving others through hilot.
