In celebration of Filipino History Month, join us for Hilot Foundations: Learn Hilot and How to Care for Your Community, a special one-day learning experience with Apu Adman, Filipino Hilot practitioner and teacher visiting from Manila.

This hands-on class introduces participants to the foundations of Hilot and the traditional Filipino approach to supporting the body, mind, spirit, and overall well-being through touch, observation, traditional knowledge, and community care.

Whether you're Filipino and looking to reconnect with cultural healing traditions, a healthcare or wellness professional interested in expanding your knowledge, or simply called to learn ways of caring for your family and community, this class offers an accessible introduction to Hilot.
