WHAT CERTIFICATION MEANS

Competency.
Character.

Context.

01

Coursework

Complete required lessons, reflections, demonstrations, and submissions.

Students are assessed on more than information. We look for the ability to practice responsibly, receive feedback, honor scope, and remain connected to cultural context.

02

Hands-on Practice

Develop skill through supervised practice and documented repetition.

03

Cultural Understanding

Show respect for origin, language, attribution, protocol, and lineage.

04

Integration

Apply learning thoughtfully rather than collecting disconnected techniques.

05

Readiness

Advance when the work is embodied—not simply when time has passed.

IMPORTANT DISTINCTION

Certification is not permission to teach.

Teaching the Bahay Hilom lineage requires years of practice, advanced study, demonstrated maturity, and explicit written approval. No foundational certificate grants the right to reproduce or teach the curriculum.

THE INVESTMENT

This is high-touch professional

and cultural education.

Program fees vary by level, location, lodging, and immersion format. Payment plans and limited scholarships may be available for select cohorts.
